Stock Market Dollar Cost Averaging. SSN Nation Stock Portfolio Ep #6. Stock market investing ideas.

Please watch the video at the bottom of the page as I go over the SSN Nation Stock Portfolio. When stock markets go down 10%-20% often times it's a great time to buy. Stocks on sale means dollar cost averaging. If you do not understand the reference I will give an example. Let's say you buy a stock and it's $20 a share. The stock drops down to $14. If you believe in the company then you should consider reducing your price point by buying at $14 a share. This means your average cost is now down to $17 a share using dollar cost average price. This also means if the price increases up to $17 you will be back to even without having the share price going up to $20. If share price goes back to $20, you are now ahead by $3 per share. Very powerful and simple technique.
